XClassifieds automates the entire process of managing classified ads. The user interface permits ad sellers to accurately price and bill the ad with the customer on the phone. Your ad seller simply types the text in, selects which publication(s) and how many weeks to run. Your publication's pricing is applied to the quote. When the customer is satisfied with the wording and the cost, the customer is added to the Customer database. If required, an invoice is automatically printed.

When publication time comes, ads are "poured" directly into your classified ad template, ready for pagination and printing. We set up the ad page for you using one of your QuarkXPress templates.

Till Further ads are handled with built-in processes.

Billing statements, accounts outstanding, total sales, and tax liability are just a few of the standard reports.
